What is 'sector structuring'?
All of them: market gardening, arboriculture, livestock farming, poultry farming, agri-food processing… We adapt to your project, whatever the sector.
What is the difference between Agrobabe and a traditional consulting firm?

How much does a business plan cost?

How long will it take to receive my deliverables?
Depending on the service: 7-14 days for planning, 7-10 days for a budget, 3-6 weeks for a complete business plan.
What is the difference between a budget and a business plan?
The projected budget details the costs of your project (investment + operating expenses). The business plan is a comprehensive document that includes the budget, plus market research, sales strategy, 4-5 year projections, etc.
Will my information remain confidential?
Yes, absolutely. We can even sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if you wish, which is particularly recommended for investors.
Do you conduct market research?
Yes, the market research is included in the business plan. We can also do it separately if you need it.
How does the monthly coaching session work?
You have regular video sessions (2-4 per month depending on the package), WhatsApp access for your urgent questions, and written reports after each session.

For certain services (on-site diagnostics, operational monitoring), we can travel to Senegal. This needs to be discussed depending on your project.

What is the minimum surface area required to start?
It depends on the crop. For market gardening, you can start with 0.5 to 1 hectare. For poultry farming, a few hundred square meters may be enough.
How much money is needed to launch an agricultural project?
The cost varies greatly depending on the type of project. A small market garden can start at 2-5 million FCFA, a poultry farming project at 5-15 million. The projected budget will give you a precise figure.
Do you need to have land to start?
