Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with NGOs and states?

Yes. We support international NGOs, development agencies, ministries, and cooperation programs. We speak their language: logical framework, M&E, theory of change.

What is an agripreneur cohort program?

A structured program: selection, training (tailor-made curriculum), individual coaching, peer mentoring, monitoring tools, demo day. We support 20 to 200 beneficiaries depending on capacity.

How do you measure the impact?

Indicators are defined from the outset (baseline/endline), a data collection system is established, and quarterly dashboards are produced for donors. OECD and SDG indicators are aligned where necessary.

Can you provide training in the local language?

Yes, we adapt the content (French, English) and we work with local facilitators for vernacular languages.

What is 'sector structuring'?

We map the stakeholders, analyze governance, market access, quality, logistics, and bottlenecks. Then we propose an action plan to make the sector more competitive and inclusive.

In which geographical areas do you operate?

All of sub-Saharan and Francophone Africa. Local partnerships in over 15 countries for field interventions.

How long does it take to run a program for 100 agripreneurs?

Between 4 and 8 months depending on the intensity, modules and coaching sessions. We adapt to the landlord’s schedule.

Can you produce the monitoring reports for the donors?

Yes, it’s included in our offers. Quarterly and final reports, dashboards, impact indicators — ready for donors (AFD, EU, World Bank, etc.).
