Q1. Can an agricultural project be done remotely?
Yes. Planning (diagnosis, strategy, budget, schedule) can be done 100% remotely. For implementation, it is strongly recommended to be on-site at launch, as execution requires close on-site monitoring.
Q2. How much does a strategy note/business plan cost?
It’s on estimate, depending on the scope of the project, the available data and the reality on the ground. After a scoping call, we send a detailed proposal (scope, deliverables, deadlines, budget).
Q3. Do you offer training regularly?
Yes. We organize Agrobabe Challenge, AFS, and specialized workshops throughout the year. Follow our news and sign up for the newsletter for dates and registration.
Q4. Can you support me even without land or a large budget?
Yes. Our programs are designed to start from scratch and build a step-by-step action plan tailored to your means.
Q5. Do you operate outside Senegal and Canada?
Yes. We work remotely and on-site across Africa and the diaspora, with hybrid formats as needed.
Q6. Deadlines and terms (payment, deliverables, confidentiality)?
The deadlines are set according to your project; a backlog is proposed from the outset. The payment terms and deliverables are specified in the proposal. We can work under an NDA; your information is treated confidentially.
